DATA ENCODING-TRANSCRIPTION

Data Encoding and Transcription services are offered to businesses and organizations requiring large volume data conversion.

PLANNING

The first phase of the project consists of information-gathering activities to determine the requirements, objectives, as well as outlining the hierarchy and flow of the work to be performed.

Deliverable:

• Project Brief outlining the objective, goals and procedures and processes that will be used in the production (data conversion) implementation.

DATA ENCODING SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT / TESTING

The second phase deals with the program writing, testing and documentation of the software (computer programs) to be used including the testing of these programs.

Deliverable:

• Actual working copy of the data encoding software burned in CD ROM.

PRODUCTION & SUBMISSION

The third phase and the recursive process of actual encoding of data (paper, image or voice) into electronic-machine readable format.

Deliverable:

• Copy of encoded data in electronic form or burned in CD ROM.
